Questions

Before you join

Is this an official CSCA course?

No. ChinoEasy is independent and has no affiliation with CSCA or the China Scholarship Council. On 22 October 2025 csca.cn stated that it has authorised no one to run CSCA courses, so treat any “official” prep offer with caution. For dates, fees and rules, csca.cn is the only authority.

What level do I need?

HSK 4 or above. If you’re not there yet, start with HSK 3 or HSK 4 first.

Which subjects do I need to sit?

That depends on your programme and funding route. Your target university’s admission page decides. Our free Study in China guide explains how to check.

Can’t make the live time?

Every class is recorded. The replay appears in the portal after class, so you can catch up and join live when possible.

What do I need?

A phone, tablet or computer with a stable connection. Headphones with a microphone help with speaking practice.

How do I cancel?

Email [email protected] from the email you signed up with and we’ll stop the renewal. Access continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Not sure this is your level?

Watch a sample lesson first, or email [email protected] with what you’ve studied so far and we’ll point you to the right class.
